Character: For time being we allow only one character, a Garou character. Kinfolks and additional character slots will be open further in game.
Rank: Yes. As it is mentioned in the Character Creation Rules If you're bringing in a character who's background seems to merit a Fostern, you have a chance to get it BUT ONLY IF THE ST APPROVE IT. Not everyone starts out at Cliath. Keep in mind that things are expected from your Rank.
Fetishes: You can't start the game with a Fetish. Keep in mind that they are RARE and a character must be ready to have the responsibility to operate them. You can however earn it while playing, but must be done everything In Character. DT work will simply not be accepted.
Totems: Ok, here's the deal: We allow both personal and pack totems. But we will be pain about it. Personal Totems are RARE, it will be accepted only with a really good background support, a scene and reason when you being accepted by the Spirit. Totems not over 5 points.
In the matter of having both personal and pack Totems, first of all you will have to spend XP for both independently. You can't follow both if the spirits have a goal or nature that clash with each other. Fianna Totem will not work well with Fenrir Totem, Hare and Fox will simply not tolerate working together.
Totems and Kinfolks:
Simply put: Kinfolk in Garou pack, yes. Kinfolk Pack? How the hell did you find the totem to support you? Personal totem for a Kinfolk? If you are blessed by seven stars. (think that mean EPIC background, and approve from all the ST.)
Age: Age has a big part in how a character can be built, the knowledge a character can have.
For this purpose, any character coming in under the age of 15 IN HOMID MUST take the Child flaw on their sheet.
Merits/Flaws/Backgrounds: Some of these won't be accepted. We have an approved list of Merits and Flaws that can be taken. Some of these are limited. Some are not available at character creation. Some can only be taken at character creation. Your background MUST warren the merits and flaws you put on your sheet. If it doesn't you will not be able to take them. More Info, please check here.)
Breeding: Pure Breed is becoming more and more rare as time moves on. For this purpose PB5 and PB4 MUST be ST approved. Any pure breed of 3 or lower is playable at any time.
Number of PC: One character, Garou, until you prove you can be part of the game in some level. We don't want to fill the games with characters that appear only for DT or personal scenes. Later on more character slots will be open to you.
Invitation: Now... we don't want to limit the game and the access to it, but having characters that will not show up, too much of a trouble and drama maker, or a character that simply don't do anything anywhere will hurt the game and irritate the players. Please speak with an ST before you consider invite someone to the game.
Books: We are following the MET system. We consider the books Laws of the Wild revised, Werewolf: the Apocalypse revised and the revised Tribebooks. You can ask the STs for something more and from other book, but don't be surprised if it will be denied. As well the house rules overwrite the book points, if those two are different from each other, the house rules is the one to be taken under consideration.
Characters: Right now we accept any kind of character. All the tribes all the kinds. Tho, if you decide to play a Red Talon you are expected to play as one. Same goes to every single type of character. Yes we know everyone has his own personality, yes there are black sheep and rebels out there, but keep in mind a Red Talon would eat a mate that would be holding computer, Lupus sees a car as 'weird horseless carriage'. Consider the setting of the Sept and game in general before you decide on type of a character.
Weapons: MUST BE posted on your character sheet, down in the notes section.
If it is not in your notes section, you do not have it. End of story. Also more exotic weapons or significant number of them must be ST approved and have a supporting background. We will not have bazookas and tanks running around..
Please list the weapon as such: The type of weapon - It's stats - Damage - Concelability - Negs - Special Abilities
You can find the weapon stats here.
Extraordinary objects: such as exotic cars, hi-tech, weapons, anything not common must be notified to the ST. There must be reason for your character to have them either it will be the rarity of the object or the resources you would need to have one.
Fetishes: You can't start the game with a Fetish, period. You can however earn it while playing, but must be done everything In Character. DT work will simply not be accepted, yes that means hell of work, but that's the way it supposed to be, you have to work for the cookies. Keep in mind that they are RARE and a character must be ready to have the responsibility to operate them.
Totem: We allow both personal and pack totems. But we will be pain about it. Personal Totems are RARE, it will be accepted only with a really good background support, a scene and reason when you being accepted by the Spirit. Totems not over 5 points.

You can't follow both if the spirits have a goal or nature that clash with each other. Fianna Totem will not work well with Fenrir Totem, Hare and Fox will simply not tolerate working together. The issue must be work along with the ST and they have the final word. Respect it.
Packs: A pack must be 3 members or more to be created. Although 2 characters will be enough to keep it going, under the circumstance that the points for the Totem will be still enough and the blessings of the Spirit accordingly modified.
Rites: Due to some issues and abuse of the system, Rites are not longer for free. Still, role playing the learning of them, minimizes the cost of the XP. The new costs are: 1x the rite Rank if you are RP the lessons, 3x the rite Rank if you buy it out of thin air.
Breeding: Pure Breed is becoming more and more rare as time moves on. For this purpose pure breed higher then 3 points MUST be ST approved. Any pure breed of 3 or lower is playable at any time.
Gift chops: As long as the character is in a soft Role Play story and his actions are not against another player, all the gifts don't need a throw/chop and are considered successful. Still you need to state the spending and throw against the ST if will be asked too.
Gifts limit: There is a limitation on how many gifts a character may know at every given time, and that will be the 3 free gifts gained from Tribe, Breed and Auspice at creation plus the permanent renown point a char posses. For example a typical Cliath starts with 3 points in renown depending on what auspice he follows. That means that he can have the 3 starting gifts and then 3 empty slots for additional gift, ending up with a cap of 6.
As a character gains permanent points of Renown through RP, he gains more room for gifts.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will need to adjust the renown on your character sheet if you want to claim the new gift caps.
