It is common knowledge that Arne gives training to anyone willing Mon-Saturday, starting 7am everyday and going to 12pm. Doesnt matter if its sunny, raining, if a meteor shower strikes the sept. Its happening. Here is a little information regarding what are you guys doing during this time.
7-8:00AM - Conditioning training. Its where you develop your physical capability, resilience, strenght. Everything to make your body ready for the war.
8:15- 9:45 AM - Hand to hand combat, which often includes meelee, and combat manoveurs on different shapes. Kinfolk is also taught here how dealing with an agressive garou (frenzied friends, spirals, etc), with a close supervision of course.
10:00 - 11:30 AM - Fire arms or different sorts of ranged combat. It includes archery, and how to manage unnusual weapons. As explosives, flamethrowers, etc. Besides, Arne will adress how dealing with them on a combat situation as well.
11:30-12:00 PM - Sparring, free training, or activities that are rather unusual. Hed often suggest child games that are of course, adapted to be used as Training for living killing machines (ex: Catch the flag, hide and seek, dodgeball etc). He does so to stimulate stategic thinking and a pack mentality.
Notes:
- Everyone is welcome to training. Even the children above the age of 5.
- Arne is very willing and patient with those who are dedicated, but he is absolutely merciless to laziness, or if he thinks youre being a burden to the progress of all others, "not taking it seriously".
- He'll always take a week of his time, (and around 1-2 hours for it), to personally train with thise who start the training and have little combat experience. He does so to evaluate their personality, strenght and weaknesses, and thus developt a training that matches their needs. During this time Arne also teaches them the basics of all areas of combat.
- If you wish to learn a combat ability Arne is not experienced with, hell do his own research to bring it to you, on training.
- He encourages others to offer their own training during that time, specially when they are very skilled on some specific areas. Ex: "Today Philo will teach us some of his snipping skills". He wants to improve too, after all.
- You will probably get hurt sometimes during training. So, sometimes roleplay a blue eye, claw wounds, etc.
If youre atending to training, feel free to buy combat/physical related abilities and improve traits related to: Strenght, Agility, Resilience, Endurance (mental as well), intimidation.
Just give a little headsup to the ST on your Downtimes, and let me a little note on PM.
